Of zoals hier in Nederland beter bekend als wildbreien/wildhaken!
Ik ben van plan met een groep ‘haak en brei mensen’ alle paaltjes in Amsterdam te bekleden met haak en of breiwerk! Dit ter ere van de Yarnbombing day die op 11 Juni 2011 wordt gevierd. Inspiratie waarvan we op onze Yarnbombing day heel goed gebruik kunnen maken is natuurlijk het feit dat Ajax landskampioen is geworden en nu 3 sterren draagt. Vandaar het idee om alle paaltjes te bekleden met een witte basis met daarin 3 rode sterren verwerkt (gehaakt en of gebreid).
Het lijkt mij dan leuk om massaal op 11 Juni a.s. naar Amsterdam te gaan en ons brei en of haakwerken zelf op de paaltjes te plaatsen. Neem natuurlijk je fototoestel mee en fotografeer jou Amsterdammertje bekleed met jouw eigen kunstwerk.
Doe je mee? Laat het mij weten middels een reactie dat je meedoet. Mocht je niet naar Amsterdam kunnen of willen reizen dan kan jou brei en/of haakwerk ook opgehaald en geplaatst worden. Er zullen uiteraard ook foto’s hiervan gemaakt worden en uiteindelijk zullen alle gemaakte kunstwerken op deze blog worden vertoond in de vorm van een slideshow!

Hier volgt een patroon voor het bekleden van een paaltje:
Chain 3. Round 1: Make a ring with the chains then make 10 single crochet into the center. Mark the beginning of the round.
Round 2: Do 2 single crochet in each single crochet.
Round 3: *Do 2 single crochet (sc) in the first stitch, 1 sc in the next. Repeat from * around. (*Repeat instructions given amount of times.)
Round 4: *Do 2 single crochet in the first stitch, 1 sc in each of the next 2 stitches. Repeat from * around.
Round 5: *Do 2 single crochet in the first stitch, 1 sc in each of the next 3 stitches. Repeat from * around.
Round 6: *Do 2 single crochet in the first stich 1 sc in each of the next 4 stitches . Repeat from * around.
Round 7: *Do 2 single crochet in the first stich 1 sc in each of the next 5 stitches . Repeat from * around.
Round 8: Do 2 single crochet in the first stich 1 sc in each stitch around.
Round 9: 1 sc in each stitch, repeat for 3 more rounds
Round 13: *Do 1 sc in second stitch, 1 sc in each of the next 8 stitches . 1 sc in the 2nd stitch after last stitch. Repeat from * around.
Round 14: *Do 1 sc in each of the next 8 stitches in the second stitch from last 1 sc. Repeat from * around for 5 more rounds.
Round 20: 1 sc in each stitch, repeat for 30 more rounds
Round 51: *Do 2 single crochet in the first stitch, 1 sc in each of the next 8 stitches. Repeat from *around.
Round 52: *Do 1 sc in each stitch, repeat for 57 more rounds.
Round 110: *Do 2 single crochet in the first stitch, 1 sc in each of the next 8 stitches. Repeat from *around.
Round 111: *Do 1 sc in each stitch, repeat for 45 more rounds (or more depending on length of pole).
Voilla and there we have created a cover for the poles with crown! You can also try to use any other stitch other than the sc! Now for the star you can make different ones to put on the pole:
